Mike graduated at Sheffield University and was elected as a Member of the Institute of Structural Engineers in 1980, and has since gathered over 40 years of experience.

Terry was elected as a Member of the Institute of Structural Engineers in 1968 having Studied at the Brixton School of Building. He has spent sixteen years at Director level with three major national contractors controlling the London region.

James graduated from the University of Surrey in 2004 with a masters degree, and went on to become a chartered engineer in 2013. Since then James has gathered over a decade worth of experience on respectable projects.

Darren joined M. Pegram & Associates in January 2002 where he came from a steelwork and graphics background. Proficient in AutoCAD he is able to produce drawings of the highest quality.

Gavin joined the company in August 2006 coming from Brooklands College where he gained a City & Guilds in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
