Mike graduated at Sheffield University and was elected as a Member of the Institute of Structural Engineers in 1980. He founded the company in 1988 which now boasts an impressive portfolio of completed projects across many sectors. 

James graduated from the University of Surrey in 2004 with a masters degree, and went on to become a chartered engineer in 2013 with the IStructE. Since then James has gathered over 20 years of experience on a variety of projects working in all material types. He has worked a variety of projects from housing estates, hospital a large scale residential buildings. 

Darren joined M. Pegram & Associates in January 2002 where he came from a steelwork and graphics background. Proficient in AutoCAD he is able to produce drawings of the highest quality. More recently he is working on Revit to meet project BIM requirements. 

Pang studied and graduated in civil engineering at the University of Surrey with a Masters in structural engineering, where he did his year in industry at M. Pegram & Associates. He then returned to Hong Kong and now has 14 years of experience in the design and construction of building infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and UK.

Gavin joined the company in August 2006 coming from Brooklands College where he gained a City & Guilds in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. He has 20 years experience working on structural detailing and more recently also works using Revit.

Ben graduated from Swansea university in 2019 with a BEng in Civil Engineering and joined M Pegram & Associates the following year. Since joining the company, Ben now has experience in the design numerous multi-story buildings of varied construction methods including masonry, steel, timber and RC frame construction.

Terry was elected as a Member of the Institute of Structural Engineers in 1968 having Studied at the Brixton School of Building. He has spent sixteen years at Director level with three major national contractors controlling the London region.
